Thank you for shopping with On The Flank! Since our products are fulfilled through Printify and Printful, our return and refund policy aligns with their guidelines. Please review the following carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We only accept return requests if the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support1@ontheflank.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If Printify or Printful approves the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size and review product details before purchasing. Size charts are provided for accuracy.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order is lost in transit and tracking has no updates for 30+ days (U.S.) or 45+ days (international), Printify or Printful may offer a free replacement.

If you suspect a lost shipment, contact us at support1@ontheflank.com with your order number.

4. Printful-Specific Policies

Printful does not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

If an item is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other shipping issue, the customer may need to cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or style selections.

Customers must place a new order if they wish to receive a different size or product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If you do not receive your refund, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
