If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. Our store uses Printify and Printful for order fulfillment, and their policies apply to certain aspects of your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify and Printful.

Production times vary and are estimated at 5 business days before shipping.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

On The Flank is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is lost in transit and tracking shows no updates for 30+ days (U.S.) or 45+ days (international), Printify or Printful may offer a replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are fulfilled by Printify and Printful, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photos.

Printify and Printful do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse. Customers must review size charts carefully before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on this website are owned by On The Flank. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

On The Flank is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by Printify, Printful, or shipping carriers.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

8. Account & Orders
