Thank you for shopping with On The Flank. Our products are fulfilled by Printify and Printful, and as such, our shipping policy aligns with their guidelines. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify and Printful.

Orders typically take 5 business days to process before being shipped.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production.

Processing times may be affected by demand, stock availability, and production delays.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times:

Domestic (UK): 3 to 7 business days

International: 10 to 30 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please contact us at support1@ontheflank.com.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order is lost in transit and tracking has no updates for:

30+ days (U.S.) or 45+ days (International), Printify or Printful may approve a replacement.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support1@ontheflank.com with your order number.

On The Flank is not responsible for carrier-related delays or customs hold-ups.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase price.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Returned Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other issue:

Printify orders: Customers may need to place a new order at their expense.

Printful orders: A reshipment may be possible, but additional shipping costs will apply.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries, but some locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.
